Photoshop plugins can be extremely useful, as well as save time, add functionality, or improve on existing Photoshop features.
What Photoshop or GIMP Plugins you use, and what do you use each of them for?

As for me, I'm unfortunately not that familiar with GIMP, so I'll list the best Photoshop plugins I've used:

CSS3Ps
http://css3ps.com
A Photoshop layers to CSS3 conversion tool which saves so much time! It's really awesome if you do a lot of PSD to HTML/WordPress work. Supports things like gradients, strokes, shadows, glow effects, etc.

Composer

If you use layer comps, this plugin greatly improves on the functionality of layer comps in Photoshop, and is one of those things I wish were built into Photoshop itself.

Flaticon extension

A real time saver if you use icons in your designs regularly, as it improves on the functionality substantially.

SuperPNG

A better PNG saving plugin.

Interface Tools

Useful layers tools all in one panel. Saves a lot of time!

Google Nik Collection
https://www.google.com/nikcollection/
A formerly commercial set of Photoshop plugins that Google made free! They probably won't be updated anymore, but there are a ton of time-saving effects you can try. With control points you can even control how strong the effect is on different sections of an image.

Which Photoshop or GIMP plugins do you like best, and what do you use each of them for?
