POSSIBLE (not definite) hijack of search terms

I have several web pages with search term "COBOL Numerical Recipes" (using several free web hosters; MY web pages are - http://rrroberts.atwebpages.com/stf95cob.htm ; http://rrroberts.x10host.com/stf95io.htm and http://rrroberts.50webs.com/cobindex.htm).
"COBOL Numerical Recipes" is a very uncommon topic - which is why my pages come up on the 1st page of search results. I am trying to protect my web presence.
When I checked search term "COBOL Numerical Recipes" additional links came up that use portions of my content (that is not the issue). The issue is these other links are Google Docs (which I do NOT use and are NOT mine) that have internal download links to executable files - I do not know if these executable files are malware, adware, or other undesirable software (I did NOT test to avoid security issue). I do not want my above web pages associated in any way with any type of malware; I am trying to avoid any blacklisting problems caused by someone else.
The POSSIBLE trouble links are:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eeXg...ef=2&pli=1
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pE3E...ef=2&pli=1
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mjzJ...ef=2&pli=1
(again, these Google Docs are NOT mine but are using portions of my content)
To summarize: my web pages (*.htm files) are programming tutorials; the Google Docs using portions of my content (including a graphic) may be an attempt to spread some sort of problem software, fooling people into thinking it is legitimately related to my pages. I am NOT claiming copyright violation IF these Google Docs are legitimate.
Is there any way for you to check the content of the Google Docs for any problem software?
Any questions please do not hesitate to ask via email.
Thank you for your time; I apologize if this is a complicated issue.

Was wondering if I am being overly cautious, goofy, paranoid, silly, whatever, OR could this be some sort of scam by appearing to be related to a legitimate web page? Or just simply finding an obscure topic to get at the top of the search results? It just does not "smell" right. I must confess that when it comes to thinking up scams I am not too bright - some of these hucksters are VERY creative and devious.
Thanks for any and all feedback
Wishing everyone here a Good New Year
