my site getting down

my site opens very slow in comparison of anyother site from last week.i thought may be it would be minor problem, but it is down till yet.i tried  http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

and it shows down also. see screenshot please. sometimes my site opens normally and sometimes it takes lot of time to load.
