I have a question for all of you gals/guys who work online like devs or designers and what not...
We hear that the customer is always right, but what do you do when some ignoramus who knows nothing about (in this case) programming, starts posting messages on your forum that your product doesn't work...
You ask him polietely if he can give you access to his site so you can check it out and install things as they should be installed... he refuses.
And still talks crap.
From conversation you see that he doesn't even know the basics of the cms in question, let alone your app...
So my question is - how can you tell someone as ignorant as this person that they need to either learn more or accept help... when they get rude and start bullying you and your customers on any mention that he is not right...
