Unable to access cPanel & Website

I've been unable to access my website and cPanel for quite some time now. The project I was working on had come to a hault, so I assumed it was because of inactivity (I thought maybe it was 10 posts per month as opposed to one time only) - So I didn't pay much attention. But now I know that's not the case. Is it something intentional? Am I missing something? At least I hope my content ain't lost..
