I came across a cool video for checking who is "listening in" on your computer processes. The author refers to it as hacking. Still, it is an interesting exercise to check whether there is someone with unauthorized access to the processes in your computer.
I found two processes and then afterwards identified them as belonging to Firefox and Kaspersky. So they're authorized. That made me happy. What was interesting though is that Malwarebytes and Adobe Flashplayer aren't listed under "established". Particularly Malwarebytes is pretty vocal in its communications and "spying" to "protect" my computer from malware so I thought it would be listed first before Firefox and Kaspersky. I did find it in the Task Manager Processes though.
