Let's talk about Webmoney

Hello guys and good day for everyone !
I have read their wiki but it look like different with Paypal. They have many variant of account type also using other method to verify our passport type (ID Card).
I just want to know is there anyone have using this e-currency ? Are they safe ?
Please share your experience....
