SOS. Major data loss in Notepad++

I was writing the first article for my website (using notepad++). The last time I clicked to save the data, the program crashed and all my document code is freaking lost! I have been working on this first article (how to create a number-base changer in javascript) for 3 days and had almost finished it.

Anybody knows ANY FREAKING METHOD to reclaim the data? I have tried looking in C:\Users\My Account\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++\Backup ............ it's empty ...

Any idea?! Right now I am frustrated beyond description!
