Anti Malware Script

Hello guys.

I'm no expert on security and have only average coding skills.
Would you mind to share some anti-malware script, to add some security. I read many review, about the danger of obsolete wordpress plugin, that can be exploited by hackers to spread malicious code and malware. Also, some hint and tutorial to prevent security hole would be nice.
