Putting a picture in front of an iframe???

Hello, I need help with my website, I want to place an image in front of an iframe. I'm not sure how to do this,
but I think you have to use the "name" attribute in the <iframe> tag, and put the "target" attribute in the iframe tag.
For some reason it just doesn't work for me. Any help would be appreciated.
