About this service !

Hello,
I want to know what kind of panel does this service provide? Is it Cpanel? I am new to this service and I heard Cpanel is the best currently. So..? Also, does this site allow you to uplaod SSL Certificate (I have bought one) Its a Positive SSL from Comodo (If you would like to know),please answer  !
