Does anyone here go to a gym? If so, what keeps you motivated? I recently stopped going to the gym because I've lost motivation (and it's way too far from my home).
I'd also love to know your routines. I used to incorporate leg, glutes, and abs every workout then have separate days dedicated on shoulder, chest, and back.
