This means you will always have access to 7 copies of your website, emails and databases in case anything was to go wrong.
When you login to your hosting control panel, you will see "BACKUP ADMINISTRATION" section at the bottom of your screen. Clicking "Dashboard" will present you with the list of your backups and you can select any day from the past 7 days and instantly restore your entire site or an individual database back to the state it was in on that day.
