Aperture Size or Megapixel AMount

hi all,

I am looking to buy new phone and one of priority is camera quality . my options now between samsung j7 prime or honor 7 enhanced. j7 prime has f1.9 aperture and honor 7 enhanced has f2.0, not sure how big the difference...but honor 7 enhanced rear camera equipped with 20 mp while j7 prime has 13 mp.

what is your preference in choosing the right phone especially pertaining camera quality? (aperture size or megapixel amount)
